3. Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
By purchasing a product or service from Wealthy Femme LLC, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided.
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi, or other platforms.
Wealthy Femme LLC does not store full credit card information.
4. Pay-In-Full Purchases
If you select a pay-in-full purchase option, the full purchase price will be charged at the time of checkout.
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated on the sales page.
Once access to digital materials has been granted, no refunds will be issued.
5. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you agree to pay the full purchase price in the number of installments specified at checkout.
By choosing a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are committing to the full purchase price of the program, not individual payments.
• Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled to avoid completing remaining payments.
• You remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments, even if you stop participating in the program or accessing the materials.
Failure to complete payments does not relieve you of your obligation to pay the full balance owed.
6. Failed or Missed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails:
Wealthy Femme LLC may:
• attempt to reprocess the payment
• temporarily suspend your access to the program or services
• revoke access to course materials
• restrict future purchases
• pursue collection of the outstanding balance if necessary
Program access may remain suspended until the account is brought current.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing any product or service from Wealthy Femme LLC, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to attempt resolution.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed:
• access to all purchased products and services may be immediately revoked
• any outstanding balance may become immediately due
• purchase records, acceptance of Terms, login activity, and course access records may be submitted as evidence to the payment provider
Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Proof of Purchase and Delivery
Upon purchase, customers are granted access to digital materials.
Access logs, course progress, login records, and download activity may be used as proof of delivery and usage in the event of a payment dispute.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final unless a refund policy is explicitly stated on the sales page.
Access to digital content constitutes delivery of the product.
10. Program Access
Program access is granted only to the individual purchaser.
You may not share login credentials or allow others to access the program.
Unauthorized sharing may result in:
• immediate termination of access
• removal from the program
• legal action for copyright infringement
No refund will be issued if access is revoked due to violations of these Terms.
11. Educational Purpose
All Wealthy Femme products, programs, and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing contained in the materials should be interpreted as financial, legal, or tax advice.
Participants are responsible for their own financial decisions.
12. No Earnings Guarantees
Wealthy Femme LLC makes no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, investment performance, or wealth-building results.
Any examples shared in marketing materials or course content are illustrative only and are not guarantees of future results.
Your results depend on factors including effort, financial situation, market conditions, and decision-making.
13. Limitation of Liability

14. Termination of Access
